Eligibility to apply for the post of Officer Cadet in Bangladesh Air Force

The notification mentions a certain qualification for applying for the post of Officer Cadet. We have mentioned here all the details about the eligibility for the convenience of the candidates so let’s start:- Candidates age should be between 20 to 30 years to apply for officer cadet post.

Admin (Civil Engineer):- 4.50 marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent examination excluding 4th subject. Minimum Grade ‘A’ in Physics and Mathematics is required. OR: GCE ‘O’ Level Examination requires ‘B’ in 5 subjects including Physical Chemistry and Mathematics and minimum grade ‘B’ in GCE ‘O’ Level Examination in Physical Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidate should have CGPA 3.00 in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and possess B.Sc.

Education (English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry): Minimum GPA of 4.00 in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent examination. And Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry from a recognized university and CGPA 3.00 is a must.

Last date of application for officer cadet post?

Bangladesh Biman Bahini has set a time for applying for the two posts of officer cadet namely admin and education in Bangladesh and the online application has to be completed within that time. • 12 copies of passport and 4 copies of stamp size photographs on lab print paper.
• Character certificate issued by the head of the last or current educational institution is required in the Air Force.
• Permission letter for applying to the head office of the in-service candidates.
• Attested photocopy of birth registration or national identity card of the candidate.
• Equivalence Certificate in Equivalent Education.
