This payment has to be made through prepaid Teletalk SIM in the Health Department. For each post in the Department of Health, the application must be completed by paying the application fee prescribed by the government. This sms should be sent within 72 hours after applying online to the health department. If the application fee is not paid on time, the application will be considered canceled by the Health Department. To pay the application fee to the health department, the payment process needs to be completed through 2 SMS. Namely:-

Job application conditions in the Department of Health
- Educational Qualification Must have all original certificates. Attested photocopies of all certificates where applicable.
- Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration of the candidate.
- Citizen Certificate signed by Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation.
- The latest policy of the government will be followed regarding recruitment quota in the health department. Certificate as proof should be shown and (with National Identity Card / Birth Registration of Freedom Fighters/Vera Freedom Fighters).
- In case of freedom fighter/hero freedom fighter quota, the certificate given by the Union
- Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation mentioning the relationship with the freedom fighter/hero freedom fighter i.e. who is the freedom fighter is mandatory.
