General rules of application in DC office

Name of the examination, name of the educational institution / board / university, department / class / year of passing, including GPA / CGPA.
The following documents should be attached with the application form:
- Citizenship Certificate issued by the concerned Municipal Mayor / Chairman of the Union Parishad. Copy of original/temporary certificate of educational qualification and experience attested by the gazetted officer (not below 9th grade), 03 (three) copies of newly taken passport size color photo attested by the gazetted officer (not below 9th grade).
- Candidates are required to submit the original copy of the treasury invoice of Rs.
- Photocopy of National Identity Card / Birth Registration Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer (not below 9th grade). Certificate of Character issued by Gazetted Officer not below 9th grade).
- A return envelope of 10 * 5 and 8 * 5 size (with unused postage stamp worth TK. 10 /- (ten) with one’s own name and address should be attached with the application form in the interest of issuing admission to the correct address.
- Vir Muktijoddha / Shahid Bir Muktijoddha’s son/daughter or son-daughter job application with the application form Bir Muktijoddha / Shahid Bir Muktijoddha’s father/mother/grandfather/grandparents/grandparents Muktijoddha Certificate (to be signed by the appropriate authority and signed by respectively).
- In case of persons with disabilities, copy of enrollment certificate from the Deputy Director, District Social Services Department, certified copy of the certificate from Orphanage Superintendent in case of Orphanage dwellers, attested copy of the certificate of basic training certificate obtained from the appropriate authority in case of Ansar and VDP. An attested copy must be submitted (not below 9th grade).
- Incomplete and late applications will be considered as direct rejection. In case of attestation, the attesting officer should have a clear name, surname and seal.
- Candidates must get the application form by post within the stipulated time through the appropriate authority. The latest conventional government policy on quotas will be followed. The name, address, post name and quota name of the applicant should be written in clear letters on the top of the envelope.
- No TA / DA will be given for participation in written and oral examinations. In case of appointment, the decision of the authority will be final. In this case no objection will be accepted.
- Even if the applicant is hired for providing confidential or incorrect information, the appointment order of the concerned candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken. The Authority reserves the right to change, amend or revoke any of the terms of appointment.
